report card from General Motors, the Sales and Customer Satisfaction Index
Report states which dealerships are doing the best job for their customers.
This is 12 month reported data of dealers who are tiered against dealers of
their own size with the regard to sales and service in the total northeast. The
list illustrates the top ten per tier. Hulsizer Chevrolet certainly does not
sell as many new vehicles as some of the larger dealers do, but we are pleased
and proud to show you that Hulsizer Chevrolet is ranked #1 in the northeast in
customer satisfaction for the size of the dealership that it is. This report
represents total dealership activity, sales, service parts and body shop
customer satisfaction. Although we certainly are not perfect and do not imply
that we are but Hulsizer Chevrolet customers can expect and be assured to have
our most undivided attention and desire to take care of their sales and service
needs. We will never live on our laurels. You can be reassured that we will
continue to live up to your expectations of providing the best sales and
service satisfaction you deserve.
